SCOPE OF WORKS

• Installation of RCP stormwater pipe of various sizes – between 300-450mm diameter.
• Installation of 54 precast stormwater pits, both with grated inlet and steel gatic lids.
• Installation of various stormwater treatment systems: Gross Pollutant and Hydrocarbon Separators.
• Installation of large below ground concrete rainwater storage tanks, involving deep and detailed excavations, ground water dewatering, and crane lifts.
• CCTV camera inspection of all installed infrastructure.

KEY STATISTICS

• Total 5,900 workhours (to date) – 10% Indigenous.
• Nil/zero LTIs or MTIs.
• 1.2km of stormwater pipes installed.
• 17,000m3 topsoil stripped and stockpiled. 88,600m3 fill (quarry rubble) imported, placed, and compacted.
• 3,900m3 of pavement material imported, placed, and compacted. Trimmed to +5/-5mm tolerances.
